Art Of Connecting
Seven Week Outline

This immersive retreat offers a space to slow down and examine how you show up in relationships – whether you’re currently partnered or simply exploring what intimacy means to you.

You’ll be invited to look gently but honestly at the patterns, protections, and possibilities shaping your relational life.

Through guided inner journeys, skilled facilitation, and integration support, you’ll have the chance to expand your capacity for emotional presence, deepen communication, and reconnect relationally.

Here’s a snap shot of the weekly outline:

Express Interest

Reach out, schedule a free connection call, and begin the health and safety screening process. This is an important step to help ensure our Art of Connecting program is a good match for you.

Week 1

Meet your facilitators, connect with your fellow retreat members, and begin your preparation and intention setting in an online group session.

Weeks 2 & 3

Have your personalised one-on-one session with a lead facilitator to help align your mindset and deepen your intentions. If attending as a couple, you can choose to share this online session and prepare together.

Week 4 - On site

Fully immerse yourself in the 4 day on-site retreat, journeying into your relational and attachment landscape as you take part in guided practices and three uniquely different evening ceremonies.

Week 5

The focus shifts to supporting your integration process. Following your return home, connect back for an online group session to share and reflect together.

Weeks 6 & 7

Move through a dedicated individual integration session followed by a final group gathering to ground your insights and support the longevity of your discoveries. While the guided program ends here, your integration journey and relational growth continues to unfold.

Helpful Information

Time-honored traditions, such as sacred ceremonies and practices rooted in Indigenous wisdom, create a deeply spiritual and grounding foundation for your journey. Modern therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, breathwork, emotional integration, and evidence-based psychology, offer structured tools to help you process and integrate your experience. Together, these approaches provide a balanced, holistic framework to support your personal transformation, growth, and meaningful change.

Your safety and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure each participant is well-prepared for this journey, our team conducts thorough medical and psychological assessments, identifying any factors that could impact your experience. During the retreat, our dedicated facilitators maintain a high facilitator-to-participant ratio, offering personalized guidance and care every step of the way.

Our Full Circle retreat programs offer immersive experiences that extend well beyond your time on-site, supporting you at every stage of your journey – from preparation and immersion to integration and ongoing growth.

Preparation: Group and individual sessions help you set intentions and develop skills for the experience.

Immersion: During the retreat, you’ll participate in two, non-ordinary expanded state experiences, and other practices like breath work, mindful movement, sound healing, digital detox and nature immersion, supported and guided by our facilitators.

Integration: Post-retreat, you’ll continue with group and individual sessions to help embed insights into your daily life.

Growth: Your journey with Full Circle doesn’t end with the retreat. Our community and extended programs offer ongoing support, opportunities for continued growth, and access to future retreats.

Our programs are ideal for adults aged 21 and older, seeking personal transformation, a deeper connection with self and nature, enhanced relationships, exploration of mystical realms, and a creative spark. It’s also important to know that our retreats are open to individuals who meet the medical and psychological screening requirements. This ensures the safety and suitability of the experience. If you’re curious about whether a retreat is right for you, an intake call with our facilitators will help assess your readiness and answer any specific concerns.

Challenging experiences are a natural part of non-ordinary expanded states, and can offer valuable insights. Our facilitators are trained to provide real-time support, helping you navigate difficulties in a safe, compassionate environment to help ensure you feel safe and cared for.

Integration refers to the process of making sense of your retreat experiences and incorporating the insights into your daily life. We offer individual and group integration sessions after the retreat to help you apply these changes meaningfully and sustainably.

Integrative Behavior Analyst

I’m Heather, a Clinical Behavior Analyst and ACT practitioner with over two decades of experience guiding individuals through personal transformation using the principles of behavioral science. My approach combines the precision of evidence-based methods with the support of holistic, mindful modalities, helping individuals make meaningful changes and move forward in alignment with their values.

Having worked across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences and backgrounds of the people I support. These cross-cultural experiences have profoundly shaped how I practice, inspiring an integrative approach that honors both individuality and shared human connection. As a facilitator at Full Circle, I specialize in therapeutic and psychedelic journeys, offering preparation and integration sessions that support profound personal growth. By creating a safe, nurturing environment, I empower my clients to explore their inner landscapes and make meaningful, lasting adjustments that reflect their authentic selves.

My passion is helping individuals on their paths to healing and self-discovery, fostering lives of authenticity, balance, and vitality.

Vanessa Maier

Registered Psychologist

I’m Vanessa, a HCPC Registered Psychologist* and Psychotherapist aspiring to foster growth, love and discovery in myself and others. I’ve practiced across Australia, the UK and Europe, and bring to Full Circle 15 years of formal experience in psychotherapy. In recent years my focus has turned to the therapeutic potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) and the integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. To deepen this work, I have completed specialised training in integration with ICEERS, learnt ACT-, IFS- and FAP-consistent applications of PAT with Mindfulness Training Ltd, and am currently completing a Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies focused on psilocybin, ketamine and MDMA with Mind Medicine Australia.

I believe in blending science with heart. As such, my work is grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by traditional wisdoms and ritual, alongside a deep trust in each person’s innate capacity to heal. My goal is to offer you a safe and uncomplicated space for preparation and integration, helping you make sense of your experiences, navigate challenges, learn new skills, and move towards a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

As an ambassador of the Global Coherence Initiative, I’m interested in the gut–heart–brain relationship and how emerging research into heart and body intelligence can enhance wellbeing, self-efficacy and connection.

Outside of my professional practice, I’m an animal lover and a student of yoga nidra, pranayama, naturopathy and botanicals. I enjoy exploring herbs, flower essences and essential oils as part of a lifelong curiosity about holistic wellness – a reminder that I’m always learning, and walking this path of discovery alongside those I work with and accompany.

Pier-Davide Angelini

Pier-Davide Angelini

Emotional and Spiritual Coach

Hi there! I am Davide. I help people from different countries and various social and professional environments discover how to improve their overall life experience. To this aim, I teach how to deepen body awareness, uncover and heal unconscious emotional patterns, progressively release self-limiting and self-damaging habits and beliefs, and cultivate more open and honest communication to create more balanced, loving, and authentic relationships.

This work has taken me to private homes, holistic centers, schools, universities, city governments, private companies, and even prisons. I’ve accompanied individuals and groups across Europe and the Americas, and I always look forward to discovering new places where to share these valuable tools and teachings.

Music is also an important part of my practice and what I offer. At the end of each event, when possible together with Irene, I offer an acoustic performance, sharing original songs that invite participants into a reflective and heartfelt space.

I began my professional journey as a molecular biologist, immersed in the intricate world of cancer research, where I deposited two patents and unraveled some of the molecular pathways contributing to cancer recurrence. Despite these studies earning me a PhD and some academic recognition, over time, I was powerfully drawn toward a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

I left academic science and certified in kinesiology, emotional integration, coaching, and Mind-Body medicine, disciplines that opened the doors of my heart and mind to spirituality. After dwelling in Hinduism, Vajrayana Buddhism, and Kabbalah, I became very fond of the deep personal growth that a good spiritual practice can promote, especially when combined with other science-informed practices like Breathwork, Conscious Relaxation, Conscious Emotional Interoception, and Cognitive-Behavioral Contemplation.
Integrating these approaches from Eastern spirituality and Western science, I do my best to help others navigate life’s challenges and phases of inner transformation with resilience and peace, finding a deeper sense of presence, purpose, meaning, and direction.

Irene Sales Pardo

Irene Sales Pardo

Emotional and Spiritual Coach

I am Irene, an Emotional Awareness and Spiritual Coach, Kinesiologist, and Medicine Musician. My journey began with a degree in Biology and a PhD in Biomedicine, where I dedicated 18 years to cancer research.

Alongside this scientific path, I felt called to explore the inner world, leading me nearly 15 years ago to India, where I trained as an Advanced Spiritual Guide and later as an Acharya within Vajrayana Buddhism. These experiences laid the foundation for a life devoted to meditation, emotional awareness, and conscious evolution.

Over the past five years, I have facilitated and held space in hundreds of expanded states of awareness retreats worldwide, sharing my medicine music and supporting deep processes of transformation. I am also trained by ICEERS in Safety in Expanded State of Awareness Experiences, ensuring that the spaces I hold are rooted in care, responsibility, and integrity.

Today, my work bridges science and spirituality, integrating kinesiology, therapeutic meditation focused on emotional understanding, professional life coaching (ICF certified), and Mind-Body Medicine. I guide individuals seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional integration, self-esteem, and the release of repetitive patterns, helping them harmonize their feminine and masculine energies and nurture authentic relationships.

My intention is to inspire presence, simplicity, and intuitive wisdom, fostering a life aligned with respect, humility, passion, and clarity of action for the common good. Through the fusion of transcendental meditation, emotional integration, and soul-nurturing music, I create a bridge between heaven and earth, guiding others on their path toward wholeness and connection.

Shawn Katz

Registered Psychologist

I’m Shawn, I am originally from Canada, and currently work as a Registered Consultant Psychologist*, Certified Integrative Psychotherapist, Certified Couples Therapist, and Accredited EMDR Consultant and Supervisor. I specialize in treating trauma, complex trauma and dissociative disorders. I worked in the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom for 9 years and have been working in private practice as well as providing clinical supervision to other therapists in Brighton, UK for the past 25 years.

My academic journey began in California, with earning a M.A. in East-West Psychology, which integrated Eastern Philosophy with Western Psychology. I went on to get a second M.A. in Counselling Psychology and then a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. Over the years I have integrated EMDR trauma therapy, mindfulness, somatic focusing, couples therapy, and in-depth relational therapy.

I have a passion and keen interest in the benefits and value of psychedelics in support of increasing awareness of maladaptive coping strategies and providing some healing and a strong catalyst for positive change. I have the utmost respect for the potency of psychedelic therapeutic spaces and rituals. What draws me to this work is not just the psychedelic itself, as it is not a magic bullet, but combined with an integrative approach of compassionate community, proper preparation, focused intention setting, safety and supported integration, this work has the potential to support and foster growth and healing in your life.

Noura Aljaber

Noura Aljaber

Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Community Builder

Hi, I’m Nora, an alternative holistic coach, retreat leader, and community builder with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey of self-discovery. I specialize in weaving together yoga, plant medicine, meditation, and other transformative modalities to create soulful spaces for healing and growth. My work is rooted in the belief that by reconnecting with ourselves and nature, we can find balance, authenticity, and joy in life.
Over the past year, I’ve organized spiritual events and built a vibrant community where like-minded souls come together to share, grow, and create meaningful connections. I’m also a mother, raising a strong, talented daughter who competes in horse show jumping, and 2 boys with whom we all share a love for animals, including our wonderful dog, Stella.
My journey has been one of transformation, from navigating life’s challenges to discovering the beauty of embracing my passions. Today, I dream of a life surrounded by nature, music, and a supportive community, living by the sea, riding horses on the beach, and sharing meals and experiences with others.
Through my programs, workshops, and retreats, I aim to inspire others to rediscover their “why” and live with purpose, heart, and alignment. Whether it’s through cacao ceremonies, singing circles, or yoga, my goal is to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace their truest selves.

“Run, don’t walk to this retreat! If you’re feeling nervous or unsure, trust that you’ll be in the safest, most supportive hands. From connecting with the group over Zoom beforehand to the 1-1 intention-setting sessions, I felt deeply cared for even before arriving. The workshops and guided ceremonies were genuinely life-changing, offering a space to go deep and uncover so much. The post-ceremony care and support as we integrated back into daily life was the cherry on top—I truly felt part of something special. This experience will hold a lasting place in my heart, and I couldn’t recommend Full Circle more highly to anyone seeking a transformative journey”

I enjoyed Full Circle’s multi disciplinary approach to this retreat, we had a very diverse experience, both individual and group based, from the one to one sessions building up to the main event, to the integration sessions after.

This retreat offered a unique and harmonious blend of professional discussions, physical activities like yoga and swimming, and engaging social interactions. The shamanic work, the music and the singing were truly unique experiences.

I have a profound respect for the people who work to create and guide these healing spaces. I went through some very ecstatic and also some very tough moments during the session, which gave me some important insights as to the continuation of my healing journey. I feel like it had a lasting positive impact on my life.

I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to know themselves better and work on their inner processes. You’ll be in good hands with the Full Circle Team.

The invitation to the ceremony talked of soul awakening drawing me in.

Once through the door, the burning flames, the drowning and lungfulls of the fresh air of the medicine forced me along the razor edge of my limit of endurance but were soothed by the stroke and were expertly led by the music of the Full Circle team.

Inspiration, aliveness, love, creativity, lightness, laughter, motivation, en-joy-ment, all shone more brightly in the days that followed.
