1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in retreats and similar programs occurring in Spain, organised by Full Circle Journeys, a team of independent collaborators, hereby also referred to as the ‘Organiser’ and ‘we’. By reserving your place on a retreat or program, you agree to all terms and conditions presented in this page.

2. Eligibility: Participants must be 21 years or older and meet all health criteria as outlined in the health screening process. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver and complete a medical disclosure form prior to participation.

3. Payment Policy:

• Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is partially refundable as outlined below in the cancellation policy.
• Deposit payments may be paid by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided once participants meet all health requirements and complete their intake call.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid always before the start of the preparation encounters and no later than 30 days before the retreat’s start date. Failure to complete payment will result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.
• Taxes Included: All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for participants who choose to leave before the completion of the retreat.

4. Cancellation Policy:

 Customer Cancellation:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy operates on a sliding scale based on the date of cancellation.

• More than 60 days before retreat start date: Refund of 75% of the total retreat price. This equates to a refund of 50% of the reservation deposit.
• 31-60 days before retreat start date: Refund of 50% of the total retreat price. This equates to a full loss of the reservation deposit.
• 15-30 days before retreat start date: 33% of the total retreat price will be offered as a credit towards a future retreat.
• 14 days or less before retreat start date: No refund will be issued.
• Alternative Option: In the event of a short-notice cancellation (less than 30 days before the retreat), participants are welcome to transfer their reservation to another individual if they cannot attend, with the agreement of the Organiser. Please contact us for assistance with this process.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to billing@fullcirclejourneys.com  

Organiser Cancellation:

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of such cancellation, participants will be promptly informed and will have the option to transfer their reservation to a future retreat or receive a full refund of all payments made.

5. Travel Arrangements and Travel Insurance: Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their travel to/from the event location or to/from a pickup point designated by the Organiser. The Organiser is not liable for any issues arising from travel delays, cancellations by travel providers, or discrepancies in required travel documentation. Given the potential for unexpected travel issues, it is recommended that participants traveling from outside the country consider securing travel insurance. 

6. Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to deny or limit a participants participation in activities if they fail to comply, and/or if their behaviour is deemed to endanger themselves or others, in order to protect their wellbeing.

7. Limitation of Liability: Full Circle Journeys, including all staff, collaborators, associates and affiliates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the retreat, except as required by law. Participants accept a place on a retreat program at their own risk, and participate in activities (such as but not limited to yoga, breathwork, nature walks) at their own risk.

8. Not Medical Advice or Treatment: The Organiser makes no claims or promises about the therapeutic value, gains or efficacy of its programs, and retreat programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for a specific medical or psychiatric condition.

9. Complaints and Problems: arising during or related to the retreat events should be reported immediately to the designated team leader identified at the beginning of the retreat for resolution. For other complaints or problems, please contact us in writing at help@fullcirclejourneys.com.  We strive to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

10. Updates to the Website: We periodically update the content on this website, however, please be aware that information may not always be fully current. Some of the content on the website may become outdated, and we are not obligated to ensure that all materials are updated regularly.

11. Modifications to Terms: Full Circle Journeys reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

12. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
